Makes enough for: however much bread you have

Ingredients

  • Leftover bread

Method

  1. Preheat an over to 150 C.
  2. Put the leftover bread in a blender and blend until in small pieces.
  3. Lay out the crumbs onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, mixing half way through. Then turn the oven off and leave for another 15 minutes (you could even go out then – just don’t forget to take them out when you get back.
  4. If you like the breadcrumbs largish, you’re done. If you like them fine, put them back in the blender until fine.
